HappyWater and the Movement Control Order

With the Movement Control Order announced on 16th March 2020 and it is now being extended till 14th April 2020, we would like to inform that HappyWater will be operating at the absolutely minimal manpower as suggested by the government and to keep our staff save.

Many of you may have experienced some delivery delays or your order being rescheduled in the past week as there has been unprecedented challenges. We hope you can understand that we are not able to guarantee any specific delivery times. During the movement restriction order, we function with a very limited staff as well as many extra precautions under the government’s guidelines. Furthermore, we have to cope with many extra challenges, while our delivery team operates with one man per lorry. In addition, we are facing roadblocks where some of our delivery trucks are stuck in traffic for hours.

At HappyWater, we always aim to give you, our customers, the best and most comprehensive service and please rest assured that all our existing customers will be prioritised. However, we hope you understand that we have are given delivery priority to all the front-liners such as local authorities and healthcare service providers. we hope you can understand and be patience.

We at HappyWater will work hard to keep the usual reliable service for you over the next few weeks as we all move through this experience together. If you experience some slight delays, we appreciate your patience and please be ensured that we do all we can to deliver your water as quick as possible. We’ll keep you updated about any changes, and we hope that you’ll stay focused on being safe, healthy, and secure during this uncertain period.

We are following the strict guidelines of health experts in responding to this virus and as an additional advice/precaution we like to urge customers;

  • to place the order when you have 2 full bottles left
  • to use cashless payment methods such as online transfer or credit-cards.
