Happywater started 20+ years ago with one simple idea — that getting clean, great-tasting water to your door shouldn't be a chore. Today we deliver freshly-filtered drinking water across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley in reusable 5-gallon and 3-gallon bottles. No single-use plastic. No call-centre runaround. Where do you deliver?

Across the Klang Valley — Puchong, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang, Cheras and surrounding areas. Outside the zone? Drop us a note and we'll see what we can do.

How fresh is "brewed fresh"?

We filter and bottle to order. Most bottles reach you within 3–7 working days of being filled — never the 6+ months you'd see on a supermarket shelf.

Is the bottle returnable?

Yes — every 5-gallon and 3-gallon bottle is a reusable rental. We collect empties on your next delivery, sanitise them, and refill. A small deposit covers the bottle.

What dispensers does it fit?

Any standard top-loading 5-gallon or 3-gallon dispenser. Don't have one yet? We sell our own top-load dispenser — see the dispenser page.

Where does the water come from?

Treated mains water from Air Selangor, processed in our Puchong facility under Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia approval no. KKM 163 (52/B/23).

Do you offer prepaid packages?

Yes. Prepay for 40 bottles and get 2 free, or 60 bottles and get 4 free — still just RM 14 a bottle. No subscription, no lock-in.
