If it’s a dark orange colour or like the colour of apple juice, you’re not drinking enough water. (This only works if you are not taking a vitamin B supplement which can also make your urine yellow). The colour of your urine should be more like lemonade. If your urine is clear like water, that’s even better. That way, you know that you are fully hydrated.
