Terms and Conditions for Happy Trade Programme

Happy Trade Programme, introduced by HappyWater, provides consumers with the opportunity to receive monetary value for trading in their current or old Water Dispensers.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Happy Trade Programme is only valid from 14th June until 31st December 2021.
  2. Happy Trade Programme applies to anyone in Malaysia, whether they are an existing HappyWater customer or a non-existing HappyWater customer.
  3. HappyWater will take all types of old dispensers, whether bottle-type water dispensers, direct piping water dispensers, or filtration systems. For trading in non-electrical/basic water dispensers, please contact the HappyWater sales team regarding the rebate value.
  4. Any condition of the trade-in water dispensers is acceptable by HappyWater.
  5. The customer that trade in their old dispensers can choose one of the three options below:
    1. Get up to RM 200 rebate when customer purchasing HappyWater Delta-M or HappyWater Delta-XL Advanced Filtration System, or
    2. Get TWO months free for HappyWater Delta-M or HappyWater Delta-XL Advanced Filtration System for Rent-to-Own Programme*, with a minimum prepay of the 1-Year rental or
    3. Deposit waived for HappyWater Delta-M or HappyWater Delta-XL Advanced Filtration System for Rent-to-Own Programme*, with a minimum prepay of 1-Year rental.
  6. One for One basis, no limit on the trade unit however a unit can only be trading when purchasing HappyWater Advanced Filtration System. For an example:
    1. Customer A can trade 5 units of his/her old water dispensers and buy 5 units of HappyWater Advance Filtration System and he will get RM 200 rebate for each unit.
    2. For Rent-to-Own Programme*, Customer B can trade 5 units of his/her old water dispensers and choose on the TWO months free, with a minimum prepay of 1-Year rental or
    3. Customer B can choose to waived the deposit for each dispenser, with a minimum prepay of 1-Year rental.
  7. The shipping fee will be charged according to Flat Rate RM50 on delivering the dispensers for customers that live outside of Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley area excluding the installation services.
  8. Free delivery is only applicable to customers that live in the Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley area, however the delivery and collection address has to be the same location.
  9. HappyWater reserve the final right for the trade-in value. The decision by HappyWater on the trade-in value is definitive. Appeals for re-evaluation will not be entertained once the invoice is issued.
  10. Please note that the value cannot be exchanged for money or/and combined with other promotions; this is valid for Happy Trade Programme.
  11. By placing an order, you are subject to HappyWater’s Service Terms and Conditions and Purchase and Rental Terms and Conditions.
  12. HappyWater reserves the right to amend, change, or modify this Agreement at any time, for any reason at HappyWater’s discretion and without notice, except as required by Applicable Law. Such amendments, changes, or modifications, will be effective upon
    1. posting such to HappyWater’s website or system where the Services are accessed or
    2. upon any continued use of the Services by you or any User. We may provide an alert notification to you of any material Agreement amendments, changes, or modifications from our system. Any continued use of the Services by you or any User shall be considered acceptance of the amended, changed, or modified terms to this Agreement.
